Returns Policy

The Returns Policy information below applies exclusively for purchases made through the Deals store. If you are looking for returns information regarding an item purchased in the Buy, please contact the Seller in the first instance. Dewgraze cannot normally assist with returns issues for items sold by third-parties.

Returns & Cancellations

UK consumers are protected by the Sale of Goods Act which gives you the right to return a product within seven days of purchase. If you choose to return an item, you must inform us by writing - by letter, fax, or e-mail - and ensure all carriage and insurance costs are paid for.

Cancellations

UK consumers have the right to cancel an order before it is despatched. You must inform us in writing - by letter, fax, or e-mail - of your decision to cancel.

Unwanted Items

You can return an unopened item within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund. Your card will be credited once the item has been received and processed. Media such as software and games, as well as any items that have been opened or damaged, cannot be accepted.

Duplicate or Incorrect Items

You can return a duplicate or incorrectly sent item, as a result of an error by Dewgraze, for a refund. This must be done within seven (7) days of receipt to be eligible. Your card will be credited once the item has been received and processed. Items that have been opened or damaged cannot be accepted.

Faulty Items

You can return a faulty item within seven (7) days of receipt for a replacement or refund (unless the defect was described at the outset). All items are tested independently for faults and if an item is found to be in full working order, it will be returned to you at your cost.

We strongly advise you to read the manufacturer's instruction manuals, and to test the product in different situations, before returning it as faulty.
